Our Mission
At Empowered Insights, our mission is to provide high-quality mental health therapy services to individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties.

Our vision is to provide culturally competent, and wellness focused services to all our clients. We hope to educate and empower the individuals social-emotional development, prevent development of mental health challenges, and address biopsychosocial/emotional problems that currently exist.

Darian Nagel MSW LICSW Owner of Empowered Insights
I am Darian, an LICSW, with small town roots, forever ingrained in my soul. I do work with all individuals, ages 6 and up, however have a dear spot in my heart for the kids, teenagers, pre and postpartum moms and individual who have experienced medical trauma.
I have experience working with individuals in recovery, children in the foster care system, children having a difficult time regulating their nervous system, teenagers having a difficult time with their emotions and parents struggling to find balance. Let's "get your glow back" and find some balance in your life.
I received my Bachelors of Social Work from Winona State University and then went to the University of Minnesota, Duluth to pursue my Masters of Social Work. I am a wife to a wonderful husband and mother to two beautiful children. I serve on a nonprofit board for CHD awareness and education, and an adjunct professor for the Social Work Department for Winona State University.
